Rise and Shine with the Fowl and Swine! Spend the morning getting up-close and personal with Coggeshall Farm Museum's heritage livestock. Participants will join one of the museum's costumed interpreters to help with the morning chores while learning about farm animals in 18th century Rhode Island. Feed the swine, brush the cows, and turn out the chickens while finding out what makes Coggeshall Farm's animals so special. After the chores, return to the farmhouse for a breakfast of 1790's Jonnycakes. Participants are encouraged to dress appropriately for a morning in the barnyard.
